OAOlsen Automation
AI Visibility

Help answer engines find your business.

We measure whether Grok, Perplexity, and Copilot recommend your business, preserve the evidence, and turn what we learn into careful, trackable improvements.

Real answer checksWe open each configured engine and record only what it actually returns.
Evidence, not guessesEvery result is timestamped and saved so changes can be compared honestly.
Safe improvementsOnly pre-authorized updates run automatically. Sensitive changes pause.
One reusable fileYour intake becomes a structured setup file for a dedicated ChatGPT Work session.

From intake to ongoing visibility.

One guided setup creates the source of truth. The recurring workflow handles collection, evidence, reporting, and only the improvements you authorize.

1

Tell us the truth

Enter your official business details, services, locations, public profiles, and the searches customers use.

2

Choose boundaries

Decide what may happen automatically and what must always wait for your approval.

3

Send one file

The page securely sends Olsen Automation a structured JSON intake and downloads your backup. No passwords or secret keys are included.

4

Start monitoring

Olsen Automation uses that file to create a dedicated local workflow, weekly checks, and evidence-backed reports.

Create and send your intake file.

Plain-language help is included beside unfamiliar items. No account is required, and you receive a backup copy.

1. Your business

This becomes the canonical record used to catch conflicting names, phone numbers, locations, and links.

How do customers reach you?
ELI5: Why does this matter?
Search platforms treat storefronts, service-area businesses, and online-only businesses differently. We need the truthful choice so we do not accidentally publish a private address or create an ineligible local listing.
2. Services and searches

Use one item per line. We use this section to create buyer-intent checks without inserting your business name into the question.

Start with three to six phrases a ready-to-buy customer would naturally use.

ELI5: What is a search phrase?

It is the exact question or short phrase we type into an AI answer engine. Good examples combine a real service with a location or buying need.

Use “emergency plumber Ventura” or “family photographer Oxnard,” not your company name.

3. Your public footprint

Paste links when you have them. “Not sure” is a useful answer—the first audit can locate and reconcile the profiles.

ELI5: What is this and where is it?

This is the business card that appears in Google Search and Maps. Open your business in Google Maps, choose Share, and copy the link.

ELI5: What is this and where is it?

This is how your business appears in Apple Maps, Siri, and other Apple experiences. Find the business in Apple Maps, choose Share, and copy the link.

ELI5: What is a website platform?
It is the tool used to edit your website. If you sign in somewhere to change photos or text, that company's name is usually the answer. Your latest website invoice may also show it.

Do not enter your username or password.

4. Access readiness

This does not grant access. It tells us what exists so we can send the correct official invitation instructions later.

Never paste credentials here.

The safe pattern is: you keep ownership, and invite Olsen Automation as a manager or user. You can remove that access later.

ELI5: How would I grant access?

On your Google Business Profile: More → Business Profile settings → People and access → Add. Invite the operations email as a Manager, not an Owner.

ELI5: What is it and where is access?

Search Console is Google's dashboard for how it reads your website. An owner opens Settings → Users and permissions → Add user and grants Full access.

Official Search Console instructions
ELI5: What is it and where is access?

It is Bing's version of Search Console and helps Bing and Copilot find site updates. In Bing Webmaster Tools, open User management and add a user with Read/Write access.

ELI5: What is it?

Apple Business Connect controls how eligible businesses appear across Apple services, including Maps. The business owner should retain control and delegate access when available.

5. Standing permissions

These are operating preferences, not a contract. Actual access and the final work agreement are confirmed separately.

6. Confirm and create

Review your entries. When you submit, the structured intake is sent to Olsen Automation's Workspace inbox and a backup downloads to your device.

Nothing is sent until you click the button above.

Your intake was sent.

Olsen Automation received the structured handoff for your dedicated ChatGPT Work session. A backup also downloaded to your device.

Good questions.

The goal is careful automation with a clear evidence trail—not a promise of guaranteed rankings.

Will this guarantee that AI recommends my business?

No. Answer engines change and may personalize results. The service measures what appears, improves the public signals within your control, and reports changes honestly.

Do you need my passwords?

No. Never send passwords or codes. When access is needed, you retain ownership and invite an Olsen Automation account with the smallest practical role.

What happens after I send the file?

Olsen Automation validates the intake, confirms any missing ownership steps, creates the local monitor, performs a manual evidence run, and schedules recurring collection and due-date reporting.

What can run without me?

Monitoring and reports can run unattended. Public edits can run only inside your standing permissions. Pricing, identity changes, deletions, paid services, and unapproved client content always pause.
